Shipment Policy:

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed, and allow 2-10 business days from ship date for delivery.

We use different carriers for delivery of your package. Within USA currently UPS and USPS.

Nature Fountain LLC will not be hold accountable for errors in shipping caused by improper or mistaken addresses, provided by customers. And for any late or undelivered shipments caused by customs or any shipping carrier.
