Q. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days from the shipping date.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only selling/shipping within the United States territory. We will let you know what new countries we are selling/shipping, when the time comes.
Q. What if my order is delayed or lost?
Nature Fountain LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or natural disasters. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Q. Are your products FDA approved?
FDA don't regulate Supplements in USA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA. All our Products are manufactured in facilities Registered with the FDA, USA.
Q. How long do I have to return a product?
You have 90 days from the original date of purchase (not the delivery date) to request a return.
Q. How do I request a return or refund?
Email contact@naturefountain.com within 90 days of your purchase to receive return authorization before sending anything back.
Q. What carriers do you use for shipping?
Currently we partner with USPS and UPS. Still the carrier may vary by order and destination.
