Return Policy:
All of our products are backed by our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, less shipping and handling, if you purchased your product directly from our Website. If you purchase any of our products using other platforms or from other resellers you have to contact them to return the items accordingly with their return policies.
Before you return your product, follow the next process guidelines. If you purchased a one time supply or if you subscribed to any available subscription plans and received an automatic shipment of our product, you must contact us by email: contact@naturefountain.com within 90 days of your original purchase requesting a return and receive authorization prior to returning any product. To standardize the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, products are eligible for return up to 90 days after the original day of purchase, not 90 days after receipt of the products.
If you purchased any product more than one or received multiple shipments of the same product, you may return not more than one opened bottle, bag, sachet or container and any number of sealed, unopened bottle, bag, sachet or container in good condition of the same product within 90 days of the original purchase. And accordingly to both our Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
The Company will charge a restocking fee (unopened items) of 10% of purchase price.
Upon receipt of the returned products we will initiate the full refund, less restocking fees, also shipping and handling. The timing to see the money in the account you used to purchase, depends in your own Bank, generally about 10 business days.
Shipment Policy:
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed, and allow 2-10 business days from ship date for delivery.
We use different carriers for delivery of your package, within USA currently UPS and USPS.
Nature Fountain LLC will not be hold accountable for errors in shipping caused by improper or mistaken addresses, provided by customers. And for any late or undelivered shipments caused by customs or any shipping carrier.
